A disk read error occurs when system is unable tor read the disk cause of a registry error. The error can occur continuously after certain intervals of time if your PC is old and not up to date or the hardware damage.
To fix this error you can try to fix either registry error as it explained on many sites. Just Google the problem and solution is there. If you don't want to do it that way then here is very simple fix. When you would finish reading and you will have your problem solved you are going to love and share this because it's very simple.
I using an old PC but it work for both whether it is old or new.
A short route:
Unplug and re-plug both the wires connected to hard drive and restart your PC the PC will start normally.
If you don't know how to do short route follow the steps below:
Step 1: After getting the error shut down your PC.
Step 2: Open your CPU case.
Step 4: Now start your PC again without closing the CPU case. You will get an error like shown below. Pressing any key is not going to solve the problem.
Step 5: Now shut down your PC and plug the wires of the hard drive again and restart your PC.
This time it will start the PC and the login screen will appear just login to your PC and the PC will start normally. That's it.
