After installing Kaspersky internet security the app it asks you for permissions on android 6.0. And then there is message unable to connect even though the mobile data is active and you have full coverage and high speed data.

In To solve this problem follow the steps below:
1. Go to phone information in settings. If you know how to go there jump to steps 3. If you don't follow the steps:
2. Open dialer and type *#*#4636#*#*. It will open test window.
3. Select phone information. Find "set preferred network" and set it to LTE/GSM auto(PRL)
4. Try reconnecting in the app. This time you will be prompted to next window.
5. Now you can start your first scan.
